Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Process Support: Assist in the procurement process from sourcing to contract management with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

  • Internal Needs Analysis: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective procurement strategies.

  • Call for Tenders: Launch and manage Call for Tenders, analyzing offers and proposals from suppliers to ensure compliance with Airbus standards.

  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring fair and competitive prices, and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of procurement strategies that align with Airbus' business objectives.

  • Team Support: Provide support to the team in the organization of events and specific projects, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Degree in Business or a related field.

  • Language Skills: Excellent level of English, particularly at negotiation level.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a complex and international environment.

  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
