Publicity Trainee

At NBCUniversal, we're looking for a highly motivated and organized Publicity Trainee to join our team. As a Publicity Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the Publicity Department at events, fostering great relationships with the media, and handling administrative tasks as needed.

• Monitor and track press appearances, preparing daily reports and press clippings.
• Manage the virtual press room, scheduling and coordinating press screenings, and coordinating press materials.
• Support the Publicity Coordinator in managing the online communication plan and social media.
• Assist the Publicity Manager with administrative tasks, including invoice tracking and SAP system management.

• University degree in Journalism, Communication, or Marketing.
• Knowledge of the Spanish media environment and fluent English.
• Interest and knowledge of the cinematographic sector.
• MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Internet and social media tools.
• Proactive, communicative, and a strong team player with creative and excellent organizational skills.
