The successful candidate will have experience in quality management, preferably in automotive, with a strong understanding of KPIs such as RPPM, DPPM, ACA, QNs, chargebacks, etc. They will be skilled in analyzing data, managing audits, and driving corrective actions.
Main Objectives:
- Ensure the highest quality standards in customer and supplier interactions
- Continuously improve quality processes and monitor key indicators
- Proactively address non-conformities to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in all customer and supplier quality topics
- Lead and participate in audits, quality reviews, and KPI tracking
- Propose and implement continuous improvement actions within the Quality department
- Manage process anomalies and ensure timely resolution of quality issues
Requirements:
- Experience in quality management (customer and supplier focus), preferably in automotive
- Strong understanding of KPIs such as RPPM, DPPM, ACA, QNs, chargebacks, etc.
- Ability to analyze data, manage audits, and drive corrective actions
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
