Project Manager for Datacenter Expansion:
We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Project Manager to lead the expansion of our datacenter in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gestión global del proyecto de ampliación del centro de datos español, ciclo de vida eléctrico y traslado parcial del centro de datos.
- Crear un caso de negocio para la alta dirección para la aprobación del proyecto.
- Gestionar la relación con la empresa constructora, obtener un presupuesto basado en los requisitos, perfeccionar los requisitos de forma estructurada.
- Orquestar la ejecución de la construcción (ampliación del espacio del centro de datos, mejoras en el doble piso) y el ciclo de vida eléctrico del centro de datos (generador, SAI, transformador, conmutación de energía) junto con la empresa externa.
- Orquestar el equipamiento del centro de datos.
- Apoyo con otras iniciativas inmobiliarias en el Datacenter/Oficina.
Requirements:
- Formación: Licenciado, Master, Grado.
- Idiomas: Inglés (Nivel alto).
- Conocimientos: project management, datacenter, IT infrastructure.
- Experiencia: 7 años.
