Tasks and Qualifications:
We are seeking an International Key Account Manager who will partner with our customers to ensure their long-term success. The role involves managing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new opportunities.
The successful candidate will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important International Key Accounts, achieve sales quotas and assigned strategic objectives, and represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Establish productive relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of company stakeholders to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively lead a Customer Development Plan to reach performance objectives and meet critical milestones.
- Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Lead solution development efforts to best address customer needs.
- Establish relationships with customers at different hierarchical levels.
- Visit sites in different countries to assess material handling needs, competitive situations, and fleet optimization potential.
- Build close relationships with the Customer Operations department and the tools and solutions department.
The ideal candidate has a four-year college degree with an international focus, minimum five to ten years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of performance.
We offer a highly competitive salary of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
