About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Play'n GO. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business results through the development and implementation of targeted HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the business, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters and helping to translate business objectives into people and organizational needs.
  • Drive the implementation and support of the people strategy, working closely with leaders and employees to identify and develop targeted HR initiatives.
  • Enhance business results through the identification and development of HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Coach, challenge, and support leaders in their role on people-related processes, including the People Plan and Strategic Workforce Planning.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for leaders and employees in appointed departments, providing HR expertise and support as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience on a strategic level within Human Resources.
  • 10+ years of experience within diverse functions in HR and business.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex issues in a simple manner.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources and/or Business Management.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
