About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Security Risk and Resilience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Defense and Governance team, you will work closely with senior management to establish, maintain, and oversee the organization's cybersecurity defense and governance. Your responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, evaluating, and implementing policies and procedures aligned with business, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with industry standards, including ISO 27001 and ISO 27005.
  • Identify, assess, and address information security risks throughout the organization, using your knowledge of risk management taxonomy, processes, analyses, and tools.
  • Support the development and continual improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), collaborating with internal stakeholders and external experts as needed.
  • Evaluate design and effectiveness of controls through testing, documenting findings, and communicating policy and control non-compliance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Triage security incidents escalated by internal staff and an external Security Operation Center, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain, develop, and apply a deep knowledge of current best practice information security controls, particularly those that may directly impact Alter Domus.
  • Manage, mentor, and train staff to promote growth and continued education in information security.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of IT and information security career experience, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management and its impact on internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to organize work in a logical, thorough, and succinct manner.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
