Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee project and operations staff at our central processing plant. This is a key role in ensuring the success of our production and restoration goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and supervising central processing plant operations
  • Developing and implementing work plans, schedules, and procedures
  • Coordinating with other groups to complete repairs and optimize equipment utilization
  • Engaging vendors and contractors as needed
  • Purchasing goods and services through SAP system
  • Evaluating flows and data to ensure system functionality
  • Providing daily direction and performance management

Requirements:
  • High school diploma and a minimum of 8 years of directly related experience
  • Current Driver's License
  • Proficiency with MS Office and database management
