Global Service Support Professional

Job Description:
The Global Service Support Organization at Adp is dedicated to delivering World Class Service to all clients. This role is responsible for providing functional, technical, and operational support to clients using ADP's Celergo's and Stream Line Payroll Platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical application expert and liaison with Client Services, ICPs, and other Operations team members to support users of ADP's client and partner bases.
- Refer clients/partners to relevant resources, such as walkme and training, and provide first-level support for simple questions.
- Manage file uploads, integrations, and user management basics, including portal access and FAQs.
- Advise on data integrity between various systems connected with CSL and troubleshoot technical errors.
- Set up and maintain the Service Calendar and explain its implications on the end-to-end process.
- Escalate and pursue problem resolution on behalf of the customer/Client Services, becoming the owner of any issues assigned until final resolution.
