Job Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective management of store team and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a positive role model to all store employees, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
- Continuously improve and develop specific skills by taking ownership of responsibilities assigned (i.e., customer service, merchandising, operations).
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the day-to-day management of salespersons and key functional areas.
- Provide excellent customer service in omnichannel sales, ensuring clients have a high-level shopping experience while achieving sales targets and KPIs of the store.
- Work as a Brand Ambassador, representing the image and transferring the values of the brand to clients.
- Responsible for the sale of Diesel products in the store, including all customer service and information tasks.
- Responsible for product stock control and replenishment orders.
Requirements
