About the Job

This role requires a deep understanding of on-site search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and strategies to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates. You will be responsible for creating and implementing robust on-site search strategies that cater to the needs of our customers.

As a Digital Search Strategist, you will work closely with our e-commerce merchandising team to plan and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns using various tools and capabilities. You will analyze data from Google Analytics to inform your decisions and optimize existing on-site search experiences.

Your goal will be to minimize search result pages with zero results, ensure quality control, and provide feedback to stakeholders on performance metrics. We are looking for someone who stays up-to-date with the latest trends in search optimization and can leverage applicable practices to fuel growth on our online store ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in digital search optimization
  • Proficiency in SQL and web analytics (HTML)
  • Data obsession and ability to analyze complex data sets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Certification in SQL, HTML, or email campaigning tools
