The Role:

As a Junior Campaign and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing and developing campaigns that drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice to clients on campaign optimization
  • Developing and executing PPC campaigns that meet client objectives
  • Understanding client needs and goals to deliver tailored solutions
  • Driving revenue growth through upselling and sustainability initiatives
  • Handling high volumes of customer interactions via phone calls

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English (B2)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising, with a strong background in sales and outbound calls
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and identify relevant information
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach
