Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Renewable Energy Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing technical tasks, supporting customers, and contributing to the development of new performance improvements features.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-defined technical tasks, such as basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, and basic engineering.
- Support customers remotely and on-site, providing 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
- Coordinate and accomplish defined service operations and/or resolve product issues for customers' equipment.
- Support in generating sales leads for pre-defined service offers and contribute to planning activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Tools: experience with G4, G5, G8.
- BA degree in Electromechanical/Engineering.
- Soft skills: organized, team player, autonomy.
- Travel: availability to travel at a European level (80%).
