Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at JobTracks. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential customers for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Lead Generation Strategies: Utilize a variety of channels and techniques to generate a steady stream of high-quality leads, contributing to the growth of our sales portfolio and generating revenue for the company.
  2. Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop trust with customers to create opportunities for sales, acting as a trusted advisor to help them identify their needs and find the best adjustment services.
  3. Navigate the Sales Process: Effectively guide customers towards informed purchasing decisions, making attractive presentations to showcase the benefits and value of our services.
  4. Meet Sales Goals: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and sales execution, responding to customer inquiries with courtesy, clarity, and accurate information.
  5. Requirements:
    1. Minimum Experience: 3 years in sales or a similar position, preferably in Taxes and Legal Environment.
    2. Language Skills: Completely bilingual (Spanish and English).
    3. Math Skills: Basic math skills for sales calculations.
    4. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate service knowledge.
    5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the concepts of US TAX and Puerto Rico Tax and Accounting.
    6. CRM Experience: Knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM.
