We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Director to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT landscape across all manufacturing sites and global distribution network.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems across all manufacturing sites and global applications supporting manufacturing, engineering, and supply business processes.
- Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior role overseeing supply chain and factory IT systems.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in ERP, MES, WMS, OT Integration, and other relevant IT systems.
- Leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in collaborating closely with business leadership teams.
- Proven track record of supporting digital transformation of supply and manufacturing processes.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary of approximately $120,000 per year, a bonus structure, and an extended benefit package.
