About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Data Analyst Intern. In this role, you will provide valuable support to the order management team to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.

You will gain hands-on experience in order management processes, systems, and customer interactions by utilizing order entry systems like EDI, OCR view, and Ecommerce. Additionally, you will analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Learning and familiarizing yourself with automation tools such as EDI and Esker
  • Supporting the implementation of new configurations of the tools through master data uploads, testing, and documenting best practices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate new functionality or feedback on support requests
  • Exploring the adaptation of AI related to order management to improve processes and gain efficiencies
  • Providing custom-made solutions to improve automation level and efficiency of order-to-cash processes in alignment with customer sustainability goals
