Scandinavian Language Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Scandinavian speaking customer experience professional. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences through various channels.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via calls, live chat, and email with a focus on timely and accurate solutions.
- Take ownership of escalated cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure full resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and implement process improvements to drive results.
- Process customer withdrawals, conduct Know Your Customer checks, and verify documentation to maintain a secure environment.
- Monitor new customer accounts, payment transactions, and technical issues to prevent abuse.
- Achieve personal Key Performance Indicators to support departmental Service Level Agreements.
- Fluent knowledge in one or more Scandinavian languages - both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to adapt to shift work and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Customer service experience is valued but not required.
