We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant Seasonal. As a Style Maker and Client Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in achieving high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and fostering enduring relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Fluency in English is required, with additional language knowledge considered a plus.
- Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks, playing a pivotal role in achieving the store's business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall store success.
- Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships by making the clients feel relevant in the Golden Family, embracing omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and communication methods to ensure that customers receive updates, recommendations, and personalized offers.
- Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are displayed accordingly with the brand's image and standards.
- Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
