Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing global marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and user growth. You'll work closely with our regional Growth team to develop comprehensive GTM plans, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and act as the main project owner.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning end-to-end campaign strategy and execution of growth, sponsorship, and events campaigns.
  • Building comprehensive GTM plans, coordinating with several internal and external stakeholders, and acting as main project owner.
  • Improving processes and building efficiencies across markets, teams, and stakeholders, contributing to the channel's playbook.
  • Driving accurate performance analysis, reporting on campaign performance, and continuously optimizing based on performance metrics and learnings.
  • Supporting the Commercial team in defining the marketing plan and forecast of upcoming partnerships campaigns.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A track record as a successful partnerships marketing manager, with hands-on experience across several marketing channels.
  • A performance marketing mindset to turn partnerships and other channels into an engine of growth.
  • The willingness and ability to dive into funnel metrics and continuously improve the funnel based on performance metrics.
  • Creativity to develop innovative campaign ideas and select the right channel mix.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial acumen to influence marketing plans from partners proposals.
