Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Perform and organize health, safety, and environmental activities to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations, as well as best management practices.
  • Coordinate the environmental management system for ISO 14001 certification.
  • Manage all environmental functions, activities, policies, and directions, including developing and implementing ISO 14001 certification programs.
  • Lead incident investigations and perform duties as ISO 14001 Lead Assessor.
  • Provide engineering support for new equipment safety design, new process evaluations, new chemical evaluations, and life safety codes.
  • Measure and analyze health and safety performance factors that impact company business.
  • Prepare regulatory compliance documentation and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Develop, implement, revise, and evaluate health and safety programs that meet and exceed OSHA requirements.
  • Provide training for all health and safety programs to ensure continual improvement of safety performance.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and perform sampling for storm water and air emissions, calibrate and operate field-test equipment.
  • Perform personal exposure monitoring in accordance with applicable standards, including industrial hygiene functions and ergonomic evaluations.
