We are seeking a highly skilled Language Data Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Human-Machine Interaction department, you will be responsible for creating diverse and challenging prompts for an AI assistant, ensuring they reflect real-world scenarios and cover a wide range of topics and styles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop natural language prompts that mimic human interactions, covering different styles (e.g., argumentative, narrative) and topics (e.g., science, history, technology)
* Check and refine prompts to ensure they meet quality standards for natural language and user engagement
* Ensure the prompts set includes a mix of difficulty levels to assess the AI's adaptability and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
* Idiomatic fluency in English (UK)
* Eligible to work in Spain
* Bachelor degree or equivalent
* Great reading and comprehension skills
* Ability to meet daily KPI's
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work independently
* Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities, quickly and efficiently
* Ability to track, analyze, and report issues
* Full-time availability (39 hours/week) for duration of the project
* Ability to understand and implement feedback
* Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks
