We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our health and safety team, you will play a critical role in creating and implementing the preventive organization model at the company level.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan to integrate prevention measures within the company and ensure periodic control.
- Evaluating risk factors affecting workers' safety and health, aiming to reduce or eliminate them, and conducting periodic reviews.
- Planning preventive activities, prioritizing the adoption of appropriate measures, and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Developing and delivering occupational risk prevention training plans, providing training and information to employees based on business needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and expertise in three specialties: Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology. Proven experience in developing and implementing occupational risk prevention plans is essential.
You will work closely with the Health and Safety Committee and coordinate actions with the Service of Prevention (SPA). In return, you will enjoy a permanent contract, hybrid working hours, and access to social benefits, private medical insurance, and an Educational Development Program.
