About Our Partner

On behalf of our partner LPS, we are looking for the best talent to join Rindus. LPS creates loyalty management software for companies such as Lufthansa, Deutsche Bahn AG, PAYBACK and international air carriers like China Southern Airlines and United Airlines. You will work in a distributed team from our office in Malaga, Spain.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Tester to join our team. As a Technical Tester, you will work with a diverse team to develop and deliver solutions tailored to our international airline customers' needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding customer requirements and needs to derive test design and scenarios and define acceptance criteria with the product owner and development team
  • Supporting the team in defining and executing automated and manual test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality
  • Maintaining, improving, and enhancing the Java-based test suite, adapting it to meet evolving technical and business requirements
  • Actively contributing to the team's continuous development and improvement in technical and organizational areas

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in testing complex software applications
  • Minimum of 3 years in testing complex software applications
  • Core Java knowledge
  • Experience in Whitebox testing on Java projects
  • Customer Orientation and Agile Mindset
  • Strong problem-analyzing skills as well as strong ownership to resolve problems

Preferred Skills

While not required, experience with performance testing tools, cloud-based software, particularly AWS, and loyalty/CRM or Airline background is highly desirable.

Tech Stack

We use Java, shell scripting, SOAP and REST web services, Oracle and Postgres databases, JUnit, maven, git, Jira, Jenkins, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes in our daily work.
