Pega Developer - Digital Transformation Expert

GFT Technologies is a pioneer in digital transformation, leveraging new technologies like AI and blockchain/DLT to create sustainable solutions. Our experts design and implement scalable software applications that make access to innovative business models safe and easy.

We're teaming up with DKB Bank to launch a tech hub in Valencia, focused on developing next-generation software. As a Pega Developer, you'll be part of a pioneering team that will reshape the banking industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Pega applications tailored to meet business requirements
  • Customize and configure Pega applications to align with specific business needs and processes
  • Implement Pega applications and integrate them seamlessly with external systems, APIs, and existing infrastructure
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Ensure quality and performance of Pega applications through thorough unit testing
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices with peers

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and implementing Pega solutions
  • Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, including system integration, workflow design, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Pega BPM methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Experience in designing and implementing integration services using REST, SOAP, and other relevant protocols
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • PEGA Certification is a plus
  • Programming languages experience (e.g., Python, Java)
  • Agile methodologies
  • Fluency in English (at least B2)
