Shift Production Supervisor

The Shift Production Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of production activities within Nutreco's facilities. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this individual is responsible for supervising and leading a team of production workers to achieve optimal productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities:- Supervision and People Management: The Shift Production Supervisor is accountable for organizing, planning, and coordinating the activities of production staff to ensure that all work is carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with operating procedures and policies.
- Production Scheduling: This role involves determining production priorities based on established monthly and weekly production schedules, making daily assignments to meet set standards and production schedules, including cleaning and other associated production activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as is the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
