Senior Financial Director

JCI Talent Search is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Director to lead the financial operations of a 5-star hotel in Mallorca. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial functions of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, and cost control.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize hotel performance
  • Manage the accounting cycle, including month-end closings and annual audits
  • Prepare and monitor the hotel's budget and cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Director or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
