Real-Time Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative software engineer to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of the future by making the next generation of high-integrity airborne real-time systems.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work across all levels of embedded software development, partnering with product managers, system engineers, and validation teams to drive software products. They will also participate in the planning and scope for team projects, support product owners and project managers, and promote innovation across the department.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Work across all levels of embedded software development according to specific SW standards (SW requirements, SW design, SW coding, SW verification, SW configuration, SW documentation release, SW change management, and support to SW QA).
  • Partner with product & program managers, system engineers, and validation teams to drive software products.
  • Participate in the planning and scope for the team projects.
  • Support product owners and project managers to deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Promote innovation across the department.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Educated in software, IT, telecommunication, or industrial engineering degree or related discipline.
  • Expertise in real-time and/or embedded software development.
  • Expertise in defining SW requirements.
  • Expertise in C/C++ and/or Ada programming languages and low-level development.
  • Expertise in software verification.
  • Fluent level of English and Spanish.
