Job Responsibilities- Design and deploy robust ML systems for search, including vector search, result filtering, and related searches.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical business partners to develop analytical dashboards that describe the impact of ML algorithms to stakeholders.
- Improve business KPIs by leveraging new techniques and models, and validating hypotheses.
- Enhance system transparency for customers.
We seek a skilled NLP professional with practical experience in modern architectures, familiar with classic NLP approaches, and excited about using ML to build a practical search system for 200M+ requests per day.
Key qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Python and at least one ML/DL framework (Torch).
- Experience with SQL and the big data stack (Spark, Presto/Athena & Hive).
- Delivery of production ML systems and A/B testing to validate their value.
