**Role Overview:**

The Guest Services Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences during their stay at The Ritz-Carlton. This includes managing guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

  • Guest Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of guest satisfaction through prompt and professional service delivery.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of guest service, including accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work effectively with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous Hotel Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management systems and ability to learn new technology quickly.
