Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Lighting team, ensuring consistency and direction across the department.
Supervise lighting implementation across various projects, enhancing visual appeal, atmosphere, mood, and gameplay.
Collaborate with Level Designers, Environment Artists, and Visual Effects Artists to provide creative lighting solutions.
Work with Creative and Art Directors to establish visual standards and lighting style guides.
Requirements
Experience with real-time 'AAA' lighting, demonstrated proficiency with PBR, and strong leadership skills.
Proven technical background in dynamic runtime and pre-baked lighting techniques.
Experience with modern FPS engines and art pipelines, as well as a passion for games and lighting impact.
