Job Title: Danish Content Reviewer

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Danish Content Reviewer to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a Content Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of content on our social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Review and filter content on social media platforms to ensure a safe experience for users
- Maintain a high level of cultural, political, and social awareness to effectively moderate content
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any content-related issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our social media platforms and their features

Requirements:

- C2 level Danish and advanced English language skills
- User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
- Goal-oriented and self-assertive individual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
- Affinity with social media platforms and experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments
- Availability to work from the office and from home within a 100km radius
- Mandatory studies finished, with a document to prove it (according to Spanish legislation)
