About the RoleThe Global Director, Head of Health and Safety at TOMRA Food, will collaborate with cross-functional teams to cultivate a workplace where Safe People, Safe Places, and Safe Processes are central to operations. Reporting to the SVP, Head of People & Organisation, this key leadership role oversees a dedicated team of 3 direct reports while building a global network of health and safety champions.
Main Responsibilities:- Inspire, manage, and develop a global team, fostering strong relationships with leaders, partners, and influencers.
- Coach and support the integration of health and safety management systems into the organisation's risk management framework.
- Engage with TOMRA's Safe teams to align health and safety strategies across divisions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a global team. If you have a proven track record in health and safety leadership and are passionate about creating a safe and healthy work environment, we would like to hear from you.
