Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Digital Innovation Project Manager to join our Asset Management and Process Digitalisation team within the Innovation Directorate. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and deploying innovative solutions that streamline asset information management across its lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and corporate departments to drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as extended reality, digital twins, parametric and generative design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Digital Collaboration framework by leading specific innovation projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to showcase the value of technological solutions across various use cases.
  • Analyse and implement Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodologies to optimize design and operation phases of infrastructure assets, including highways, airports, and data centers.
  • Develop and manage time, resource, and budget plans for projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company principles.
  • Lead and supervise internal and external teams, setting priorities and monitoring progress to guarantee technical compliance and project success.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital tools and technologies, testing their potential through proof-of-concepts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and analyze initiatives benefiting from digital innovation tools.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess a university degree in Engineering or Architecture, with a focus on BIM methodologies in the infrastructure sector. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in new technologies and innovation is required. Your expertise should include knowledge of data frameworks, workflows, and standards (BIM, IFC), as well as experience managing complex projects with internal and external partners. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential, along with proficiency in English (C1 level). Project management certifications (agile and traditional methodologies) are a plus.
