Revenue Optimization Specialist

The Revenue Optimization Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business trends, developing pricing strategies, and implementing revenue-generating initiatives across our hotel portfolio. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze business trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize revenue
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Hotel Management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
