Marketing Operations Manager Role

The Marketing Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the success of PVcase's marketing team. This position focuses on optimizing the tech stack, tracking performance, and ensuring operational success translates into business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales management and the sales development team to drive success in lead management and improve funnel efficiency.
  • Work closely with the marketing automation specialist to develop and manage workflows, system processes, and permission levels in Hubspot.
  • Assist with the execution of key processes in Hubspot and salesforce automation, including lead scoring, lead assignment, nurturing, and more.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking and analyzing the marketing funnel from lead to customer and deliver regular insights to the business.
  • Create and maintain executive summaries and dashboards on active marketing performance tied to business impact metrics, including website/social media dashboards and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Help create processes that drive speed and efficiency in systems to measure marketing ROI and sales effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing attribution models and reporting.
  • Work closely with the marketing automation specialist to develop and oversee quality assurance on data governance processes across marketing datasets and vendors to ensure data completeness for segmentation and targeting of campaigns.
  • Identify data inconsistencies across sales and marketing tech stacks and implement sound solutions to improve and maintain the marketing database.
  • Use data augmentation tools to improve the quality of the database as required.
  • Constantly evaluate and make recommendations regarding the marketing technology stack to drive demand generation goals across all marketing functions.
  • Manage and report on marketing budgets.
  • Requirements include 5+ years of experience in marketing operations roles, a strong ownership over team metrics and processes, and a curious mind with a love for learning.
  • Proficiency in Excel, G-Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce, Slite, and other marketing and sales technologies is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, with a graduate degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing).
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Italian a plus.
  • A strong analytical thinker and problem solver, comfortable presenting to large senior-level groups, with solid writing skills is essential.
  • Collaborative team players with a deep understanding of ICPs and Buyer Personas, proven record in customer segmentation, analysis, and ability to bring up new frameworks and suggestions are highly valued.
