About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our Fresh team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic workstreams, providing actionable insights, and supporting our leadership team in defining the strategy for our online customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end strategic workstreams, including value proposition definition and providing ad hoc reports to our leadership team on key business and customer problems.
- Supporting the development of our CX product roadmap, including tracking product pipeline, running user acceptance testing, and deciding which CX products to deploy in-country.
- Executing end-to-end analysis, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, and presentation of results to senior leadership.
- Securing external market data for CEU, owning competitor and industry benchmarking for Germany, Italy, and Spain, and maintaining relationships with Amazon central teams and external industry bodies.
- Partnering with various functions, including selection, pricing, marketing, and vendor management, to identify research opportunities and priorities that focus on big customer rocks.
- Supporting the Voice of the Customers function on ad hoc topics and on roadmap creation and coordination with central teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Robust analytical skills
- Significant product or program management experience and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment across geographies
- Fluency in standard software, including Excel, SQL, and Python/R
- Experience working in grocery, either FMCG or retail, with a good understanding of the grocery industry in one or more locales
