Digital Content Strategist for YouTube CEU

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team in Continental Europe. As a key member of our global streaming team, you will work closely with YouTube to develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring the best possible setup for our artists.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement BMG's global YouTube strategy in collaboration with the global streaming team.
- Ensure seamless claiming processes and audits with the YouTube CMS team.
- Analyze revenue impact with the Marketing Insights and Analytics teams.
- Pitch our repertoire to the Music Team at YouTube.
- Plan, pitch for, and execute partnerships with YouTube, e.g., live events and other content productions.
- Professional education in marketing or music & creative industries.
- Work experience in recorded music, artist management, digital marketing, or a similar area.
- Excellent proactive communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and stay in sync with the team.
- Fluency in German and English.
