Job Summary

The Demand Planner with French will play a critical role in analyzing sales forecasts, preparing demand plans, and supporting S&OP meetings. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and Planning
    • Analyze sales forecasts and prepare demand plans to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
    • Collaborate with market organizations, finance, and operations to ensure market sales/demand are consistent and balanced with local supply.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Monitor supply issues, such as stock outs and bottlenecks, and identify impact on demand.
    • Partner with supply coordination and market organizations to monitor shelf life and obsolescence and provide recommendations to avoid write-offs.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Regional Supply Chain Management, Global Service Delivery Management, and Supply Chain Management Stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including auditors.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration and a postgraduate certificate in a supply chain management discipline preferred.
    • 5 to 7 years of related experience in supply chain management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize work.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Native or fluent French and proficient in oral and written English.
    • Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
