Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our translation sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales quotas, building trust with clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and boost sales to drive long-term business growth
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage the full sales cycle from value creation to closing
- Lead and direct a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor and follow up on business pipelines for expansion
- Drive language service sales to multi-million dollar levels
Requirements
- Successful experience as a Sales Director in the translation industry
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
- Track record of achieving sales quotas and understanding sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Composure, independence, and a professional interface to deal with high-profile clients
- Fully proficient in MS Office, Internet, and Salesforce
- Full working proficiency in English, with an additional European language a plus
