We build products we'd want to use ourselves, that we're proud to show to friends and family.We're seeking a Digital Credit Specialist who can take ownership of the credit products roadmap, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and risk management.
This role involves collaborating cross-functionally and being the go-to person for your product.If you have an entrepreneurial passion and drive to never settle, we'd like to hear from you.
- Drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy.
- Own your team's products from conception to launch and beyond.
- Work closely with Design and UX Research teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience.
- Liaise with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams.
- At least 2 years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.).
- Proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products.
- Experience managing people (Product Owners directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design).
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices.
- High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation.
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from €72,400 - €96,400 per year (approximately £61,200 - £81,500), depending on location and qualifications.
