Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape a world-class design vision for our process modeling user journeys.
- Work alongside product managers, engineers, and fellow designers and researchers to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience.
- Own the user experience of our key user journeys for process management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and translate them into effective process management solutions and process excellence tools.
- Design and prototype components and interactions, and work together with engineers to bring them to life.
- Strong background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Data Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer within a software team.
- Domain experience in B2B or enterprise software products, especially for users like executives and employees alike.
- Strong understanding of process visualization, interaction design, usability engineering, and testing principles.
- Hands-on experience creating complex and interactive data visualizations.
- Excellent English communication skills; German communication skills are a plus.
- Familiarity in working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
- Deep empathy for users and a user-centered design approach, with a keen eye for improving product usability.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with business process management, process excellence, or related technologies.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise software market and trends.
