As a Quality Technologist, you will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the production team to identify opportunities for improvement, troubleshoot daily incidents, and implement solutions that align with our quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident analysis and resolution: Investigate daily quality incidents or deviations in manufacturing, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions to mitigate recurrence.
- Collaboration with manufacturing teams: Act as a liaison between the Quality and Manufacturing departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on quality priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
- 3 years of experience in food manufacturing.
