El departamento de Asuntos Regulatorios de Fluidra tiene como misión asegurar que las compañías del grupo cumplan con todas las regulaciones nacionales e internacionales para la comercialización de productos químicos para el tratamiento del agua.
Además, se encarga de preparar y gestionar registros de productos químicos biocidas de acuerdo con el marco normativo de cada país.
Responsabilidades- Ayudar al departamento a preparar y gestionar registros de productos de acuerdo a los Reglamentos de productos biocidas (Reglamento BPR No 528/2012) y Reglamento REACH.
- Participar en la representación y seguimiento en diferentes Consorcios europeos.
- Brindar soporte al equipo con la preparación y gestión de las FDS de acuerdo al reglamento 453/2013.
- Ayudar al departamento en la gestión de ensayos de eficacia y estabilidad para los dossiers de sustancias y preparados biocidas.
- Soporte en la Gestión de Evaluación de Riesgos para la salud humana y para el medio ambiente (Risk assessment).
- Participación y soporte en las auditorías internas de Compliance a las diferentes compañías de Fluidra.
- Ayudar a realizar el seguimiento y control de las Manufacturing companies de Fluidra en Europa, África, Australia y Suramérica.
Para tener éxito en este rol necesitas una actitud positiva y dinámica así como los siguientes puntos:
- Titulación universitaria superior, principalmente químicas, biología o ingeniería.
- Nivel mínimo de inglés requerido - FCE (B2).
