Caregiver, Worcester

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon.

As a Caregiver, you will be living with one of our customers or a couple to provide high-quality care and support.

Your role will involve providing personal care duties, administering medication, and promoting the customer's health and well-being.

You will also be responsible for household chores, meal preparation, and social outings to ensure our customers remain independent and happy in their own homes.

We are committed to providing an excellent homecare service across Worcester and Wychavon, and we believe that our staff are the key to our success.

We offer competitive rates of £721 - £924 per week, enhanced rates for Bank Holidays, and regular contact with your supervisor.

Ongoing training and support are also available to help you develop your skills and confidence.

As a Caregiver with Bluebird Care, you will be part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares for each of our customers as if they were our own family.
