Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HRBP activities for Iberia, with a special focus on Global Operations.
- Nurture robust partnerships with internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategy in motion.
- Proactively contribute to and drive optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives.
- Be the ambassador for TheFork's organizational culture, partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.
- Support leaders and their teams in fostering ED&I, modeling inclusive behaviors, and assessing bias in hiring, promotion, performance, and compensation.
- Closely collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders.
- Accountable for delivering the annual people calendar activities for Iberia, including Performance Management, Compensation Cycle, Talent Development, and Engagement.
- Use HR data to identify trends and insights, making informed recommendations.
- Lead specific projects for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan and Flexible Working Policy.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile and fast-paced environment for more than 7 years.
- Strong HR foundation and consultative approach, with a curiosity to understand business objectives and team operations.
- Fast learner, growth mindset, and proactive approach.
- Skilled in managing complex situations and providing HR guidance to diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitative approach, serving as an HR role model.
- Metrics-oriented, with good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in startups, retail, or hospitality environments is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Spanish employment and labor law is a strong plus.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
