About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Flemish language customer support representative to join our team at Summit Healthcare Inc. As a customer support agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Flemish and fluency in English (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer care or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and identify relevant information
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach
  • A clean credit record and good understanding of computer handling skills
