Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist for Transportation Operations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our services, handling contacts over the phone and via email, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless daily operations by effectively managing customer inquiries and issues.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction through proactive and efficient issue resolution.
  • Support drivers and passengers with timely responses to their questions and concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the customer service industry, preferably in a Contact Centre environment.
  • Patience and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Able to work autonomously and be a fast learner.
  • Solution-oriented and able to provide effective support.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
