Job Description
As a Data Governance Data Steward, your primary responsibility is to ensure alignment between business and IT with Enterprise Data Governance processes, rules, and standards. This role requires deep knowledge of data requirements and business use cases, as well as associated elements and processes involved.
Your day-to-day tasks will include executing standardized policies for onboarding data into PepsiCo environments globally, performing data discovery and analysis, designing data quality rules, and monitoring data quality. Additionally, you will identify, classify, and catalog critical data elements, perform data privacy assessments, and work with data vendors to ensure standardized data on-boarding processes.
Key responsibilities also include promoting data accuracy and adherence to PepsiCo-defined data management and governance practices, establishing and monitoring key data management metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify enterprise-level data standards based on strategic business objectives.
Salary Information
We offer an attractive salary of €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure takes into account the demands and challenges associated with this position, as well as the benefits provided by Pepsico Deutschland Gmbh.
