Cybersecurity Administrator

Molins is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Security Operations
- Design, implement, and operate security solutions to protect our IT systems and data.
- Perform system security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, applications, and network security devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security by design principles are applied throughout the organization.
- Security Management
- Develop and maintain corporate security policy documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Lead initiatives to improve the cybersecurity culture within the organization.
- Ensure alignment with our Security Master Plan and associated budget.
- Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate security risks to our IT systems and data.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure stakeholder confidence.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our security program.
- Technology Prescription
- Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and solutions to improve our security posture.
- Identify opportunities to optimize our technology landscape.
- Promote the implementation of new cybersecurity tools and solutions.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of IT or network security experience.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
- Good understanding of industry standards and frameworks, such as ISO27001, NIST, PCI, OWASP, ITIL, and COBIT.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mitigate risks and drive resolution of issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.
