- Aged Receivables Resolution: Proactively resolve aged receivables to minimize financial losses and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile P&L monthly to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company standards.
- Credit Review: Review customer credits and assess P&L impact to inform business decisions.
- GL Reconciliations and MJE Documentation: Support GL reconciliations and MJE documentation to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Analytical and Numerical Skills: Possess strong analytical and numerical skills within a finance environment.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate clear and confident communication skills to effectively communicate financial matters to non-finance staff.
- Time Management and Prioritization: Exhibit strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Commercial Approach: Engage with business and vendors with a commercial approach to drive business growth and revenue.
- Accounts Receivables or General Finance Experience: Possess experience in accounts receivables or general finance, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- Microsoft Office Experience: Demonstrate intermediate level and above Microsoft Office experience, particularly in Excel.
- SAP Experience: Possess experience with SAP, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
